Integrative Bodywork Sessions - I take an integrative approach to my work. Besides your body hurting, feeling sore or tired. We need to look at the root of all that is happening in your life. Through dialogue, listening, breathwork, shamanic healing, plant medicine, aromatherapy, Bach flower essences, Reiki, crystals and foot reflexology. I have a large pool of techniques to use for your highest outcome from our time together while addressing the whole body, mind and spirit.
Oncology Massage - for clients diagnosed with cancer. I am trained in specific techniques that help you - before, during or after your diagnosis. It helps with symptoms of fatigue, nausea, pain, discomfort, eases isolation, and can improve sleep.
Swedish Massage - refers to a variety of techniques designed to relax muscles by applying light to medium pressure and long gliding strokes. It's a gentle, relaxing massage, especially healing when you feel the turmoil and stress of a busy life.
WAVE Massage - is a combination of doing integrative breathwork and massage. When you're looking for balance, peace and calmness in your life, this is the message combination for you. Wave massage is the perfect blend of working on your health from a mind and body perspective. About Me: I am a licensed and insured massage therapist and certified in WAVE Work emotional therapy and graduate of the Eagle/Condor Council Shaman Program. I have been practicing since 2007.
